Return Eligibility

Items should be returned within 45 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, products must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All packaging materials, tags, certificates, and accessories that came with the item must be included.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, customers must first request authorization by contacting our support team at info@boundjewels.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions.

After approval, carefully package the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase before shipping it to the same address mentioned on the original parcel.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using a trackable and insured shipping service is strongly recommended, as Bound Jewels cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without shipment tracking.

Refund Processing

After your returned item arrives, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds or exchanges are typically processed within five business days after the return is received and verified. Some banks can delay processing funds back can cause delay, but we ensure maximum of 15 business days to complete any kind of refund. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been completed.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Situations

Certain situations may prevent items from qualifying for return or exchange, including:
