JEWELRY CARE 

How do I take care of my Bound Jewels?

Bound Jewels are quality made pieces with great construction and plating. But they are still "costume jewelry" and should be taken care of as such. Meaning, not to swim or shower in your jewels. Avoid sunscreen, perfume, hairspray, products that can negatively affect the plating.

ORDERING

Do you have a "gift" option?

No, we do not currently offer gift packaging. But you can remove cost information from invoices and send a note!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please email Brittany right away (hello@boundjewels.com). Orders are usually shipped out the next business day (unless customized), so we have some time to modify your order. 

 

SHIPPING

How and when is my order shipped?       

USA:

We ship all USA orders as USPS First Class Packages. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically shipped out the next business day (Friday orders are shipped on Monday morning). Delivery includes tracking and takes 2-3 business days.

What if I typed in the wrong mailing address at checkout?

Orders are shipped out the next business day, so if you can let us know before it is shipped out, we will be able to modify your address. After it ships, you will need to contact USPS.

It's been a few days and I haven't received my order.

All USA orders should arrive in 3-4 days. Please check your USPS tracking information. If you haven't received it, please reach out to us right away via email. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Can I return my item?

If it is within 20 business days from purchase, has no signs of wear or damage, you can return.

The customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning an item. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

Can I return a custom necklace or bracelet for a refund?

No, anything customized is final sale

Can I add more beads, a charm or request custom color on an item?

Sure! Bound Jewels is all about "making it yours" - send an email to hello@boundjewels.com and we can discuss all details

 

I JUST GOT MY ORDER. HOW DO I EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be returned in its’ original condition and the receipt.

 

BRIDAL 

I am getting married and want my bridesmaids to wear Bound Jewels! What should I do?

Congratulations! What an amazing time! We offer a special discount for bridesmaid orders of 3 pairs or more. Please email hello@boundjewels.com and we will work with you to pick out the perfect bridesmaids pieces.
